What products are applicable to the Best Price Guarantee?
Any PCB stock and standard item is applicable within our terms and conditions below. PCB wants to win your business so talk to your local sales representative if you have any questions!

Is there any difference between a Best Price Guaranteed product and any other PCB products?
Absolutely not! The products covered by our Best Price Guarantee are the same products you would normally buy from PCB…they are not ‘one-offs’, out of specification, ‘reconditioned’, or factory rejects. These are brand new, factory certified transducers built by PCB backed by our Lifetime Warranty Plus and best in class customer service.

How do I qualify for the Best Price Guarantee?
PCB takes great pride in offering the best noise, vibration, pressure, load, torque, and force products in the world at the most competitive prices on the market. If you do find that a competitor is offering a comparable product for less than the PCB list price just send us information showing the competitive price and we will apply the Best Price Guarantee. PCB is confident that for 99% of your transducer needs you won’t even need to ask for the Best Price Guarantee since we already have the best pricing around!

Terms and Conditions

1. Best Price Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you find a lower price for a substantially similar product, PCB Piezotronics will provide a quotation offering to sell a PCB Product at a better price. This Best Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
2. Must be "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The Best Price Guarantee is available only for products that are substantially similar with respect to quantity, specifications, features, and warranty terms for end use in the same country. The definition of substantially similar will be determined by PCB Piezotronics in its sole discretion.
3. Comparison Price Information. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices that are either: (i) both advertised and currently available to the general public on a US-based website or (ii) evidenced via a copy of a bona-fide currently valid quotation direct from the vendor (including all terms and conditions included with such quotation).
4. Changes. PCB Piezotronics may decline to provide a better price for products in which the price quoted would violate PCB Piezotronics obligations under its contract with the U.S. General Services Administration. PCB Piezotronics also reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee, or to restrict its availability to any person on any product, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.
