Conflict Mineral Policy

PCB Piezotronics and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to herein as "PCB Piezotronics") are committed to sourcing components and materials from companies that share our values regarding respect for human rights, integrity and environmental responsibility.

PCB Piezotronics is committed to complying with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, as well as the applicable requirements of Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act, which aims to prevent the use of minerals that directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic ofthe Congo (DRC) or in adjoining countries ("conflict minerals").

Affected suppliers to PCB Piezotronics will be required to endeavor to become "conflict-free" (with "conflict free" meaning that such supplier does not source conflict minerals that support or benefit the armed groups in the conflict region of the DRC). Each affected supplier to PCB Piezotronics will be required to provide completed EICC-GeSI declaration evidencing such supplier's commitment to becoming conflict-free and documenting countries of origin for the tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold that it purchases.

At PCB Piezotronics, we do everything we can to comply with the Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) requirements – collecting and validating supplier EMRT responses, applying OECD-aligned due diligence, taking corrective action when risks are identified, and working with customers and suppliers to improve transparency and responsible sourcing across our supply chain. We prioritize meeting industry standards and regulatory expectations for the minerals covered by the EMRT (including cobalt, mica and the battery-related minerals added in recent EMRT versions) and continuously refine our processes to support full and accurate reporting.
