Customers with a PCB.com account can submit a repair request directly through the online portal.
Once your RMA request form is submitted, our team will review your request, issue an RMA number, and provide clear instructions for packaging, shipping, and next steps.

After reviewing your request, our team will provide an RMA number along with next steps.
Some projects require additional reporting or documentation. If needed, notify the repairs team when initiating your request.
All domestic repair requests require completion of an RMA Request form. You may be asked to complete this form when initiating a return.
