Tradeshow & Events Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Coordinates and executes trade show events and seminars for all company divisions.  Creates detailed budget proxy.  Collects feedback from event team and competitor information for determination of future show attendance. 

 

Booth coordination, preparation, maintenance, and shipping – This requires the person to routinely move, pack, lift, and ship packages and crates weighing 60-70 pounds; works with external tradeshow vendors, as needed, to coordinate preparation and shipment of large booths.  Assists with the implementation of metrics for each show.  Creates and populates show budget proxy based on history of exhibit, potential lead and competitor analysis.  Manage display product inventory.  Completes and maintains files on all necessary tradeshow logistical paperwork, and ordering show services including but not limited to: registration, attendee badges, drayage, freight, electrical/air, AV and onsite labor support.  Issues PO’s for the other non-trade show related marketing/advertising expenses; such as print/digital AD’s, mail lists, etc.  Maintains pre-show checklists; participates in pre-show meetings and issues action item minutes; issues booth show instructions for staff.  Works with Travel Coordinator to ensure that event teams travel, hotels, and dinners are scheduled and booked. Maintains and inspects a well-organized inventory of booths, products, acrylics, graphics, and other tradeshow supplies.  Conducts dry runs for larger shows at PCB.  Ensures return of leads from event for timely process and upload.  Coordinates the overall tradeshow feedback process with Sales & Marketing.  Maintains list of approved tradeshows across division for posting to websites. Provides product and display support to International events.
