Help Desk Team Leader

Qualifications:

A four year business or Information Technology degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in performing Help Desk or related desktop management services in a corporate environment. Minimum of 2 years in a helpdesk supervisory role. Experience with a ticketing system, including reporting, and trending of issues. Experience creating and maintaining technical and end user documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Help Desk Team Leader will be responsible for leadership of the Help Desk Technicians supporting a global workforce. The Team Leader will be the technical escalation point for the technicians in relation to end user support, image and software deployment (Microsoft SCCM experience preferred), application support (Microsoft office, CAD Software, etc.), remote access, and basic network troubleshooting. Understands and works within the company ISO 9001 quality system.
