Introducing PCB Model 410D01 Single-Channel DIN Rail ICP® Signal Conditioner


February 2, 2026 - Depew, NY - PCB Piezotronics (PCB®) announces the release of Model 410D01, a single-channel DIN rail mount ICP® signal conditioner designed for cyclic force and strain measurement in industrial and OEM machinery applications. The module powers ICP® sensors, conditions dynamic signals, and delivers analog voltage outputs for integration with PLC and control systems.

Model 410D01 is engineered for repetitive processes where peak capture and reset functions confirm successful machine operations. By converting fast transient signals into stable waveform and peak outputs, the unit enables real-time process monitoring using standard PLC or PC input channels. The updated design incorporates a zero clamp analog output, lower broadband electrical noise, and an expanded operating temperature range to support reliable performance in automation environments.

The module provides three analog outputs: waveform, peak track hold, and zero clamp. Software-selectable features include gain, polarity, coupling type, programmable reset delay, and a built-in waveform viewer for setup verification. Configuration is completed via USB using PCB's free SignalCapture software.
