Calibration Days
20 May | Turin
22 May | Rome
Presented by : PCB Italia & The Modal Shop
Locations
- Turin: 20 May 2025 from 9 a.m. at AC Hotel Torino
- Rome: 22 May 2025 from 9 a.m . at Adèsso Hotel
About the workshop
In our high tech world, the reliable measurement of vibrations, pressures and forces is of fundamental importance. The 'Calibration Day' offers you the opportunity to take an in depth look at the calibration of various measuring devices and carry out practical tests.
Topics of the workshop:
- Calibration of ICP/charge sensors
- DC MEMS and piezoresistive accelerometers
- shock and crash accelerometers
- Low and very low frequency accelerometers
- Microphones
Why participate?
Quality assurance requires measurement with the lowest possible uncertainty. Careful calibration of your devices ensures that you can achieve precise results. In the workshop you will learn:
- The importance of calibration for measurement accuracy
- How ageing processes (drift) of sensors can be recognised and treated
- The process of calibration under controlled conditions
Practical tests
Experience practical applications and learn how to ensure the functionality of your measuring devices.
Catering included
Enjoy a coffee break and lunch during the workshop ideal for socialising with other participants!
