July 31, 2026 - Depew, NY - PCB Piezotronics has introduced Models 482D27 and 482D64, two new four-channel, line-powered benchtop signal conditioners for general test and measurement applications.
The new models bring USB digital control and improved performance to the PCB® 482 Series, giving engineers a more convenient modern control interface for four-channel benchtop signal conditioning. Both models also offer improved noise performance and increased gain to support applications that require more from the signal conditioning path.
Model 482D27 supports bridge/differential, ICP®, and voltage sensors. It features increased excitation current for compatibility with select Endevco triaxial low-resistance piezoresistive accelerometers.
Model 482D64 supports charge, ICP®, and voltage sensors, and adds DC coupling, which is ideal for use with ICP® force and pressure sensors that have long discharge time constants, allowing temporary measurements down to 0 Hz.

The 482D27 and 482D64 can be ordered with optional input or output filters. Output filters are located at the end of the signal path, after gain has been applied, to help remove unwanted noise. Input filters are located at the front end of the signal path, before gain has been applied, which can be useful when significant out-of-band signal content could overload the signal conditioner.
Together, the two models give test engineers a flexible four-channel platform for conditioning multiple sensor inputs across automotive, aerospace and defense, and general laboratory test setups.
