PCB's Newest ICP® and Charge Output Triaxial Force Link Sensors Provide Improved Stiffness Specifications and Electrical Isolation

Introducing PCB's Series 261B

May 16, 2023 - Depew, NY - PCB Piezotronics (PCB®) is introducing our new Series 261B 3-component ICP® and charge output force link sensors. These new models feature an electrical isolation barrier between the sensor and plate/link mating faces, which reduces the risk for electrical noise affecting the measurement. They are a part of PCB's dynamic triaxial force sensors product family.

Series 261B ICP® and charge output triaxial force link styles feature:

  • Improved stiffness specifications for more accurate system modeling
  • Ground isolation and a preloaded assembly
  • ICP® (Integrated Circuit Piezoelectric) design, for particular models, include built-in, microelectronic signal conditioning circuitry to provide clean, low-impedance output signals
Model 261B01

The 261B product family is ideal for measuring force-limited vibration, vehicle dynamics, force monitoring, and biomechanics.
