The Model 394C06 Handheld Shaker is a small, self-contained, battery powered vibration exciter specifically designed to verify accelerometer and vibration system performance. It accepts sensors weighing up to 210 grams and delivers a controlled 1 g mechanical excitation.
The Model 9100D Portable Shaker Table performs on-site calibrations of accelerometers, velocity sensors and proximity probes from 5 Hz to 10 kHz. Designed to withstand the harsh conditions of the industrial environment, the 9100D can be taken directly to the location of installed sensors, eliminating downtime and making regular calibration a viable option.
The 9200D Low Frequency Portable Shaker Table is designed for verifying critical vibration instrumentation used to protect slow speed rotating equipment as low as 0.7 Hz (42 CPM). Until now, technicians were required to remove moving coil velocity sensors, low frequency accelerometers and proximity probes during an outage and send these instruments to a separate lab for calibration. Battery-powered, rugged and portable, the 9200D brings low frequency calibration to the plant floor.
Calibrate sensors from 5 Hz to 10 kHz and generate calibration certificates with the Model 9110D Portable Vibration Calibrator. The 9110D calculates and displays test sensor sensitivity in real time. The unit has a built-in ICP® or voltage test sensor input for direct connection and readout of the most common types of accelerometers and velocity transducers.
Reduce perceived risk in a hard insurance market using the The Modal Shop’s Model 9210D Low Frequency Portable Vibration Calibrator. The 9210D allows plant managers to put ISO 17025 compliant vibration calibration certificates in the hands of their insurance risk engineer at the end of the plant tour, making it easier to obtain business interruption insurance while promoting a safe, technologically advanced working environment.
