Engineering, Engineering Technology or equivalent.

||Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office software, 3-d modeling software, LEAN-manufacturing principles, problem-solving techniques, project management. PCB is involved in the development of technology controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. For the purpose of our compliance with U.S. Export Control laws, U.S. citizenship or permanent resident/green card is required.
Utilizes education, experience and technical knowledge to provide support and training with regard to assembly methods, tests, procedures, etc.Works closely with production technicians, product design engineers, and management to understand and improve manufacturing processes and product designs.Works to quickly to resolve issues in the short term to allow us to satisfy immediate customer demand, as well as implementing longer-term corrective actions to eliminate future occurrences.Works on “continuous improvement projects” in order to improve manufacturing process, (improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and reduce rework).Works closely with design to assure manufacturability of new products.Requires training on PCB products and technology.Significant interaction with Sales, Manufacturing Technicians, and other Engineers is required.
