Final Inspector - Depew, NY

We are currently growing and are in need of a Final Inspector in our Depew Corporate office.

Responsible for visually and mechanically inspecting components, accessories, detail parts and finished assemblies manufactured by or purchased for PCB. Maintains detailed records for ensuring lot traceability of materials by manufacturing. Responsible for maintaining system in accordance with procedures. Continuously improves the inspection processes in PCB’s Finished Product Inspection Laboratory. Inspects and records finished products, components, accessories and material for visual, mechanical and electrical defects and other applicable specifications, per department procedures and process, for compliance to requirements and deliveries to end users. Generate updates and maintains records of quality control documentation such as Rejected Material documentation and handling, acceptance test requirements for products inspected, customer certificates, and traceability to inspected items. Accurately maintain BSD software for final inspection process. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must have a minimum of a high school diploma and one to three years experience. AAS degree preferred. Knowledge of measurement and test equipment, use of go/no-go gages, and test fixtures preferred. This position is a 1st & 2nd split shift from 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.
