Accelerometri ICP® per alte temperature (≤ +356 ºF/+180 ºC)

PCB® offre accelerometri ICP® appositamente progettati e testati per effettuare misure di vibrazioni e urti in condizioni ambientali difficili, fino a 356 °F (180 °C). Questi sensori combinano la collaudata tecnologia di rilevamento del taglio al quarzo e alla ceramica con un circuito di condizionamento del segnale microelettronico integrato per ottenere un funzionamento affidabile a temperature estreme e attraverso cicli di temperatura ripetuti. Le custodie in titanio o in acciaio inossidabile, saldate al laser e sigillate ermeticamente, offrono un'ulteriore protezione dall'ambiente. Prima della spedizione, ogni sensore viene sottoposto a una serie di test per garantire la sopravvivenza per l'uso previsto. Tali test comprendono la permanenza a temperature elevate, i cicli di temperatura e l'esposizione a procedure di screening altamente accelerate con agitatori ad azionamento idraulico.
