Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Based upon selected activities and agreed to priorities, work with initiative sponsor(s), project associated team members and/or individual colleagues to deliver outcomes that further the vision and strategy of PCB through process, people and system capability development. Work with initiative sponsor(s) to define scope, future state, budget, milestones/timeline and team membership. Facilitate teammember, subject matter experts and technical resources to elicit, analyze, specify and verify multiple levels of requirements from an end-to-end cross-functional/cross-site perspective. Ensure consideration of and compliance with overriding corporate policies, the Quality System and contractual / legal requirements be they driven by customer or other external governance organization. Regularly communicate status to manager, sponsor(s) and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of future state within the scope, timeline and budget. Facilitate development of, Author, gain approval and release of policy, process maps, procedures. Ensure appropriate curriculum assignments. Coordinate and oversee the implementation of capabilities including but not limited to: Requirements development and translation to IT; co-development of systems solutions, testing & validation of planned outcome; Develop and deliver appropriate training to stakeholders (directly or through train-the trainer approach); Develop, validate an audit process/metric that indicates adherence to changes; Metric to validate capabilities achieve / show progress towards the anticipated benefits. Mentor and transition capabilities to functional owner until the audit process/metrics indicate a new steady state has been achieved. Remain available post implementation to provide support as requested. Recommend areas for capability improvement aligned with the stated vision and strategy. Monitor, Develop new, Maintain, Train/Delegate standard processes including but not limited to: Sales Forecasting; Capacity/Demand, RGP, Safety Stock, MOH, PD Metrics/Files. Support or lead troubleshooting efforts during BSD ‘down’ situations that impact core processes. Cooperates and interacts with other teams so that PCB can best serve the customer. Responsible for maintaining safe work conditions. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Four year degree in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering/Cost Accounting or 3 plus years’ experience. Active certification(s) by recognized professional organization(s) in area (s) of specialization(s). Advanced degree a plus. Process development and Procedure writing / Intermediate/Advanced understanding of ERP standard logic, validation, training, implementation, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement methodology(ies). Minimum 3 years’ experience in engineered products manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success in delivering business value through application of skills in multi-sites across multiple functional areas. Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Intermediate / Advanced understanding of ERP systems processes (planning, purchasing, inventory). Costing, BOM/Router process understanding a plus. Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables; macro’s (VB knowledge a plus). Intermediate skills in defining Business Intelligence data requirements and working with output structure and reports. (Business Objects preferred). Basic Visio (or equivalent) process mapping skills a plus. Ability to travel for 1-3 week periods for cross-site work. Coaching, mentoring and teaching skills. Teamwork focused/collaborative work style. Problem solving skills evidenced by results in past positions. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks.
