Recruiting Coordinator
PCB Piezotronics is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to add to their Talent Acquisition team! The main function of the Recruiting Coordinator will be to provide support in all areas of the recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate for this role is detail oriented, organized, friendly and will play a major role in creating a positive candidate experience. Qualifications:
| Education/Experience:
|
Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years experience in full cycle recruitment or and Associates degree with 4-5 years experience in full cycle recruitment;

Knowledge of recruitment process. Ability to collaborate, contribute and thrive within a fast-paced team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to “Total Customer Satisfaction” among team members.
- Contact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed
- Book resources for interviews
- Generate and send offer letters/packages
- Facilitate background investigations of new hires
- Monitor background vendor activity and work in tandem with our vendors to complete applicant background/drug processing
- Kick-off onboarding activities
- Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications
- Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated at all times
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
- Performs other duties as required
