Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

Follow all PCB procedures and forms in compliance to ISO 9001.

Manages domestic and international marketing initiatives for a specific market/division in order to meet sales targets by growing website visitors and qualified sales leads. Uses analytics to understand, improve and optimize marketing programs to meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

Education/Training: Four year business degree or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of ten years of business to business marketing experience in a technical field is preferred. Supervisory experience is preferred.
Physical Demands: Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Occasional travel.
Other: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Experience in Digital and Search Marketing, including working knowledge of SEO, CPC, and Google Analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the on-going management and development of assigned employees. Recommends staffing, manages and develops a skilled staff and fosters a productive work environment to meet objectives. Recommends staffing requirements. Supervises daily marketing communication activities, plans projects and monitors progress.
  2. Coordinates and manages status of catalogs, product literature, trade show panels, mailers, web site content, graphic design projects, trade show equipment, etc.; assigns projects to the graphic and web design team and determines daily tasks to meet department objectives.
  3. Develops and implements the division’s marketing plan.
  4. Responsible for casting the vision for the type of content needed to grow sales/marketing funnel.
  5. Responsible for developing marketing materials such as literature, mailers, e-mail blasts, press releases, print/digital adverts, etc. Works with international and domestic representatives to funnel marketing materials through appropriate channels.
  6. Establishes and keeps current buyer personas to drive relevant marketing content through the marketing mix.
  7. Collaborates with sales management to design and execute marketing campaigns in order to attract website visitors and convert them into sales leads.
  8. Develops organic and paid search strategies to drive website traffic and lead generation.
  9. Defines and implements digital and print advertising programs to support new product launches.
  10. Responsible for successful execution of tradeshows, including booth development, product content and presentation, and lead generation.
  11. Coordinates the development and maintenance of the division’s website content and assures its accuracy.
  12. Manages the relationships with all relevant marketing outlets, including negotiating rates and securing optimized ad position.
  13. Performs other related duties as assigned.
