Inside Technical Sales

Job Duties:

Provides technical/sales support and phone coverage.  Has some application knowledge, provides application assistance and may work with the Engineering Department on new projects.  Continues to receive training in sales procedures and general piezoelectric principles.

Qualifications:

Education/Training: Two year technical degree or equivalent specialized training.

Experience: Six months to two years.

Physical Demands:   Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.  Light travel required.

Other: Basic computer skills.

Job Duties:

1.) Provides general sales support and phone coverage for customers.

2.) Receives training in basic piezoelectric and sensor theory to support PCB product lines.

3.) Provides quotations for products and services in accordance with pricing and delivery policy.

4.) Assists Application Engineers and Product Managers with follow up on consignment orders

     and logged quotes.

5.) Responds to a wide range of customer inquiries by phone, fax, E-Mail.

6.) Responds to telephone calls or correspondence from customers and representatives

     for new contracts or repairs; Quality Concerns by doing the following:

a. performs contract review

            b. corrects discrepancies on all documentation

            c. assists customers technically and seeks technical assistance when needed to

                best serve the customer

7.) Assists in the expediting of orders and repairs (Quality Concerns):

            a. generates RMA forms, documents information from customers.

            b. performs follow up on sales activity.

8.) Acts as a liaison between the customer and Product Managers by communicating

     customer feedback and customer input required for market research.

9.) Performs other related duties as assigned.
